The AÇKAR breeding and dairy farm that we have established for you is only 4 km away from our hotel and is one of the most important livestock facilities in our country. All the meat and dairy products we use in our hotel are provided by ACKAR and offered for sale.

Patalya Lakeside Resort Hotel’s cuisine, which is located within the Baskent University Turkish Culinary Culture Application and Research Center, prepares the unique tastes of Turkish and World cuisine with the gastronomy expert staff of Başkent University.
Grill Restaurant
Our Grill restaurant with a capacity of 400 people, our star saloon with a capacity of 150 people providing a la carte service, our gazebo restaurant that offers the pleasure of barbecue throughout all seasons are special places that you can use for your family, friends and meeting meals.
The grill restaurant and the star saloon are prepared in line with the special demands of our guests and are used for multi-purposes. They are unique places for the banquets you will give on your special days.
Lobby Bar
It is a place with a wide range of tastes, with delicious food in an elegant atmosphere where you can relieve the tiredness of the day with a cup of coffee or with drinks and food according to your preference, and cakes and pastries that you will be delighted to choose.
Fireplace Bar
It is at your service throughout the day with its fireplace bar, sitting groups and game tables furnished with your comfort in mind with fine taste. In our fireplace bar, our rich menu options suitable for your taste, live music on weekends in front of the fireplace, and drinks that you can't get enough of are waiting for you.

Terrace Bar
A place with a wide range of flavors with delicious food in an elegant atmosphere where you can relieve the tiredness of the day with a cup of coffee, and cakes and pastries that you will be delighted to choose. You can try insatiable Patalya flavors by watching the unique nature of Soğuksu National Park, where all seasons of the year are experienced beautifully from our terrace cafe.

Vitamin Bar
It is a special place where you can enjoy Patalya feasts by the pool, such as the Vitamin Bar’s outstanding drinks, cakes, cookies, desserts, à la carte menu, hamburger menu, and salad menu while enjoying the Outdoor-Indoor Pool.
