IN-FACILITY MEASURE PLAN AGANIST THE PANDEMIC

We are happy to be resuming our services, which we paused due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, and we look forward to meeting you again at our hotel as soon as possible.
In the new period, we have taken all our measures for the health of our guests and employees and have completed the hygiene standards. The health of you and our employees is our top priority.
We thank you for your trust, support and understanding in line with the necessary measures we have taken for you, and wish you a healthy day.
The control measures and practices taken by our hotel against the Covid-19 global pandemic are as follows.

1. The health of our guests and employees is our priority. In this direction, general area disinfection is carried out periodically with disinfection products approved by the Ministry of Health and in line with the relevant circulars. All cleaning practices are recorded.
2. In order to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees, a “Covid-19 Hygiene Committee” has been established in our hotel to carry out all information, hygiene practices and possible emergency plans during the Covid-19 period.
3. Daily temperature measurements and general health status of all our employees are recorded and followed up on a daily basis.
4. In order to protect the health of our employees and guests during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the use of masks by all our staff and guests has become compulsory in line with the circulars of the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
5. Protecting the health of our guests and employees is among our priorities. Accordingly, our hotel does not accept guests without reservation.
6. Our hotel has prepared all protocols covering the emergency action plans to be followed in case of staff or guests showing COVID-19 symptoms, isolation steps and the delivery of the symptomatic person to healthcare workers.
7. HES code inquiries are made for our guests who will enter our hotel.
8. Our guests will be provided with masks for each night they stay.
9. For the health and comfort of our guests; The rooms where they will stay will be cleaned and disinfected after each check-out and will be left empty and ventilated for at least 24 hours.
10. In order to meet the hand disinfection needs of our guests, disinfectant will be available in all general areas of the hotel.
11. In order to protect the health of our guests and employees, a safe social distance plan will be implemented in common areas.
12. In order for our guests to feel safe in the rooms, all surfaces with high contact density will be disinfected with appropriate hygiene materials. Textile products such as sheets and towels will be washed at a temperature of 60o-90o.
13. “Open Buffet” practices in our hotel will be held in line with the Covid-19 measures, taking into account the contact density.
14. For the safety of our guests and employees, it will be strictly forbidden to bring food and beverage from outside the hotel.
15. Swimming pools, cure pools, fitness rooms, Turkish bath, private family baths and cure center practices are arranged in accordance with the social distance plan. In these areas, taking into account the number of people, guests will be accepted by reservation. The terms of use of these areas have been rearranged according to the relevant circulars.
